The RTI Act was meant to empower people. Elected representative and ministers swear on their religious books to uphold the Constitution. Yet, hardly have they come out of the swearing-in ceremony, they proceed to violate the oath of office. 

Strange are the ways of God and politicians, who consider themselves equal to God and are demi-gods to many.
